Your enthusiasm

• Why do you want to work there in the first place?

That you’re willing to learn

• Use examples, this could be past mistakes, your problem solving skills?

Aspiration/Motivation/Ambition

• What drives you and where do you want to go?

User-Centered Approach

• Your design process / movitation, everything you do to progress in a project. One of the more important things, it will show that you have a good set of prioritites and spirit.
